Thaddius was supportive, helpful, and if he didn't know the answer, he said so, and went on to verify the answer with whatever Kia team member it required. We have gone back to the dealership to have Thaddius help us with the car's technology and even though he was with another customer, he made sure to help us as well while they were going on a test drive. Thaddius was good to us and we are sending family members to him for future business with Kia. More
