The service took less time than they said it would and my concerns were addressed immediately with no condescending attitude for my lack of understanding of cars. Love it here. This was my last in a series of free service appointments I had with the lease of my Kia Soul. I knew I would have to pay for the next one, so I mentioned that I dreaded the cost going from zero to high and the service manager told me that I could get a package that would save me a ton of money over the year. What a great service manager. Love that he had my concern addressed immediately when he could have just let me pay more and I would have been none the wiser. More

Oil change performed as promised. It was completed in the correct time - one hour. I was not happy about switching from Larry Miller to Med Ved but was pleasant performed as promised. New car purchase I have bought several new cars over the years but this was my first time dealing with Medved Kia. I was visiting my Son in Denver and we were looking I have bought several new cars over the years but this was my first time dealing with Medved Kia. I was visiting my Son in Denver and we were looking for a good used car when we stumbled onto Medved. Once I was on the lot I was immediately impressed. Nick Baham came out and met us half way to the door. After our introductions I told him what we were in the market for a used Kia Soul in the 10-15K range with low miles. Nick explained that at this dealership they only deal with new cars but he would be happy to show us the car and answer any questions we had. Has we entered the showroom Tim came up and introduced himself and offered any assisted if we needed it. Neither my Son or I have ever driven a Soul so Nick arranged for us to do our first test drive. I was so impressed with the car and the dealership we decided to buy a new car instead of a used one. I have to tank the whole team for helping me with this purchase. Even though I'm a Wisconsin resident they went above and beyond to cut through the red tape between the two states and worked out the best possible deal for me not just for them. Because of my limited schedule time in Denver they even delivered the car the next business day. Thanks again to Nick, Berry, Tim and Dave. More
