Very Kind and a pro attitude I visited the service center to fix a minor problem of left front's side signal lamp and the are Very Kind with a pro attitude. THEY WENT TO BAT FOR ME It turned out that my pre-owned car had been in a front end accident and had an after market radiator. A crappy one. AND the dealer I bought it from It turned out that my pre-owned car had been in a front end accident and had an after market radiator. A crappy one. AND the dealer I bought it from was out of business and had been absorbed by MedVed. Kia manufacturers warranty can't cover non kia parts, but Daniel and his crew at MedVed spent a lot of time on the phone and convinced Total Care Auto to cover all but the hoses. Awesome. And they gave me a free loaner. More

Oil Change and Service I went in to get my car serviced for the first time at this location. I called ahead to make sure that i could have a shuttle ride back to work in ord I went in to get my car serviced for the first time at this location. I called ahead to make sure that i could have a shuttle ride back to work in order to be on time for an appointment. Once i arrived i was greeted right away and the shuttle driver was waiting. They helped me choose the best plan for servicing my car and let me know when it was ready to be picked up. Amazing customer service overall im definetly going to refer to this location from now on. More
