I checked into this and unfortunately your vehicle didn't call for full synthetic. We apologize for not putting in the blend instead of full synthetic. We must have misunderstood what you were asking us to do and failed to give the instructions properly. I am being told we still gave a discount for the oil change. As far as the washer fluid I am not sure how that was missed but apologize for missing that. thanks for your business and if you choose to give us another chance please ask for Zac Ward so he can introduce himself and apologize in person for the mistake. Sorry, I can't take the chance. I was misled about your Covid Protocol and as stated earlier, I am in a high risk category and your service department personnel were obviously angered when I asked them to comply. If I can't trust you to do something as simple (and obvious) as wearing a mask when you assured me ahead of time that that is your practice, I don't think I can trust you in any capacity; sales, service or any other facet of your business. I will not return.
