Communication is TERRIBLE! I took my jeep in over 4 weeks ago for recall. I was told to get my jeep that they ordered parts & it should be 3-5 days & they would call me. I wait I took my jeep in over 4 weeks ago for recall. I was told to get my jeep that they ordered parts & it should be 3-5 days & they would call me. I waited 2 weeks with NO communication. I called & after several attempts at calling & texting I FINALLY get a TEXT! Brandi said they don’t have parts & she would let me know. Another week goes by, nothing. I called 4 Stars in Henrietta and am taking it there tomorrow! Never again will I use or recommend Foundation to ANYONE! More

Brought my Chrysler Town and country van in due to driver's power seat being inoperative and console lighter jack no power. Service dept installed a free fuse which fixed the console jack and ordered driver's power seat being inoperative and console lighter jack no power. Service dept installed a free fuse which fixed the console jack and ordered a lumbar switch with cable because I was told mine had a frayed wire that supposedly shorted out against a grounded metal point and blew the fuse. It took 14 days for the switch and cable to show up and be installed. Total bill was $ 500.00 + of which $ 350.00 was charged as labor to install a fuse and switch. Noted also when I got van home, the panel holding the switches was not resecured to the seat frame and floor mat was not reinstalled as requested. More
