My husband has taken car in twice for flat repair on same one right front tire. First time they told him he needed new tire and husband declined and took it elsewhere for repair and it was repaired. Again same tire had to take to Patterson's, my husband thought it was a wire. Upon their inspection it was brought to my husband's attention that it was a nail and he needed to buy a new tire because they thought it had punctured through the tire and could hear air escaping and cut the thread and he could have a blowout while driving. Again he declined. He said he was told that when they attempted to remove nail they could here air escaping. My husband told them that we had been driving around all weekend with nail in tire and had not had any messages stating low tire. They then went back and removed nail and said no air escaping but needed to buy tire because thread had been cut inside. He still declined.. They told him ok but they would write in receipt that new tire refused. Not good practice here. To me it was pretty close to a threat. We have been good customers and try to buy there all the time. Think you guys make enough money to not resort to that kind of practice. Clearly not satisfied. More

In the last few days I've taken both my Dodge journeys in to get the oil changed and tires rotated. Both Joe and Heath are amazing service advisors.
