Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Since the temperatures were cold I let the service advisor know to be careful when opening the hood because in cold weather if the car isn't heated u Since the temperatures were cold I let the service advisor know to be careful when opening the hood because in cold weather if the car isn't heated up the wiper hose can snap. After a few hours I come back to check on the status of the car and she let me know that the hose did snap and asked me if I had a picture with a time stamp showing it wasn't broken. At that time I told her no but I tested it before I got there and it wasn't snapped. I didn't even think to remember my ring camera shows it working right before I drove to the dealership. I asked to speak to her manager and she let me know with an attitude it's Saturday they aren't there on Saturday, like I would know that. The guy doing the oil change put a rubber hose on it to try to fix it but that doesn't work leaks fluid when ran. He offered to replace it for free so hopefully he keeps his word but it's been a few weeks and I still haven't heard anything back. Just a heads up, take pictures and video everything working on your vehicle. Since they are changing and letting people go they no longer care about good customer service. More
