I was told my transmission was failing. I looked at it again after I was going to sell my truck for salvage and noticed there was no fluid in the transmission. I paid almost $200 for what. I would assume someone would’ve checked the fluid, so what did they check and do the two hours I was waiting there for and paid $200 for? I had to book my hotel room longer and get a rental car and scamble to look for a way to get rid of my truck because I was told incorrect information. I’m not happy about the service. It took a long time to get the information on the truck to. I saw them drive the truck back and park it in the front and waited an hour or more to be told the results. I used to like this dealership to work on my truck when I was in town but with the new owners/mechanics I won’t be coming back. What did I pay almost $200 for? It was a waste of my time and money coming there. I don’t trust the mechanics there to not try to sell me on different parts that “need”/“should” be replaced. I want a refund. More
I needed a state inspection and they got me right in and finished it quickly! While it would have been expected for them to inform me on anything that must be fixed, they didn't try to use a required inspec finished it quickly! It was a simple and in and out job! I really appreciate that I can always count on them to be available, quick and professional for all my car servicing needs! More

They had the pickup for 6 months and told us everything was fixed and we were charged for the repairs. After we drove it home nothing had been fixed. We took it back, they kept it for 2 months this time an was fixed and we were charged for the repairs. After we drove it home nothing had been fixed. We were told the radio was discontinued and we would not be receiving a refund for the new one we had been charged for. Biggest scam I have ever seen. This will be turned over to the Better Business Bureau. More
