Nice people a little wishy washy, had too wait 3 weeks for my second key fob, and it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my title to be able pay my sales tax on my new truck. Brandi was great and the service on the van was good. They got me in right away without an appointment. However, that's where the customer service ended. When I went to pick up the van, the guy at the service counter could not get off his cell phone to wait on me when I approach the counter, it took me tapping my wallet on the desk to get his attention. Another gentleman came to assist me with the sales tax, which I appreciated, but then he told me there will be a charge for using the credit card, which I was not made aware of this until time to pay. I should've been made aware of that prior to picking my vehicle. I don't agree passing this extra cost on to customers, not good business! Then I was encouraged to grab a hotdog on my way out, as I was leaving, when I went to approach the table, all the employees jumped in a golf cart drove off leaving the table unattended, they saw me walking up to the table, this was very rude and not very appreciative to customers. I immediately turned around and drove off. Your employees need to have a crash course on customer service and how to value and appreciate customers. I will be doing my business elsewhere from now on.
