Poor communication during the process until the last 24 hours when I told them that I would be giving them a bad review on the survey. I just wish it didn’t have to come to that after two weeks of hearing Little to nothing about my Car unless I asked specific questions. A part was late coming in, and it was also the holiday season. I understand all of that, but the lack of communication from my service advisor made it extremely frustrating. The entire experience would have been completely different with better communication. I take my car here for oil changes only due to warranty purposes. I have been dealing with a rim issue for over a year and it is still not solved. Every time the advisor says they will look into it and cal purposes. I have been dealing with a rim issue for over a year and it is still not solved. December 2023 is when I first took it on for this issue. I should have never been offered a warranty that the dealership can not honor. Very disappointed in foundation. More
