Amazing how I can walk away from being scared to invest in an electric vehicle to be excited about my decision from going from a raptor to a vistiq. Pablo and Daren did everything they could to help me understand the benefits and were very patient with my questions. Usually I start the process by filling out an online form figuring out that someone will call me chomping on the bit to get a sale. Big turn off. This wasn’t the case. The woman from Chevy called me and asked me what I was interested in and she then forwarded the request to Cadillac. I was upfront that one of the things I hated about the experience is the pressure from finance to add all the extra programs to the sale. This wasn’t not my experience , Ryan was polite and respectful and when I pushed back on LoJack he indicated that it was on all cars and then told me how it works which made me happy. He also said he was in the business of making people happy not to pressure them. Pablo took time on his day off to answer texts and forward information to Daren about my progress. Daren also did everything he could to see about getting me the most for my trade and best interest rates. I’m also happy about the sales guidance in understanding the difference between the trim packages from sport, premium, and up. Pablo did an excellent job explaining the benefits of each package! The showroom was modern and pristine and the coffee was best I’ve had. The woman in reception, sorry I forgot her name she has kids and was kind to take time to talk to me while I was waiting. I was invited to come back anytime to hang out and have a coffee! I feel like not only I have a great car but made some new friends. Thanks to all!! Oh one more thing I felt that he took his time to explain the technology and answer all my questions upon delivery day sitting with me going over all. He even assisted me in selecting the right GM charger and adaptor. And still answers questions that I may have . I was told that I may have a list of questions and I should feel comfortable coming in. Also I needed to get my tires topped off and service didn’t say a thing they just said yes . Not like welll…. Jeanine, Tony and Eric are all professional and friendly. This was my fourth time bringing my car in for the same issue. I’m waiting to see if this most recent fix worked or not. My Silverado was scheduled for service related to a couple of potential warranty issues. One issue was not able to be replicated by the service tech. Due to this, the vehicle needed to be kept for 6 days. Uriah kept me informed along the way and I understood the issues and reason for needing to keep the vehicle for an extended time. Updates seem to have solved the issue. Thank you to Uriah and the tech for taking care of the issues. More

The Foundation dealership was in a class of its own! I decided to use this dealership after talking to another dealership salesperson who wasn't too transparent. Dominic responded to my request, and after several phone calls that day, I knew he was the guy for me! He answered all questions with complete accuracy, and his teammate, Zach Dejaeghere, was very detailed in making sure my needs were met in finalizing the deal. Zach made it a point to pick me up from my residence so I could take delivery of my new vehicle. I noticed that all the various sales staff that I came in contact with that day were very pleasant!
