I have been coming to MedVed since '98 - bought present car from MedVed and serviced there ever since. Have always had great service. Altho youall are not a Chrysler dealer any longer I will continue to car from MedVed and serviced there ever since. Have always had great service. I bought my vehicle from MV 6 years ago.Every interaction has been pleasant, from routine mtce to auto body repair. They get you in quickly, they explain stuff in a way I can understand, they are friendly, t has been pleasant, from routine mtce to auto body repair. I go to them for oil changes because they are so good - it is worth the extra bit of $ to get the service I do. They also have tenure with employees - always a good sign that MV is treating them well and they like their jobs. I have never had a negative experience. Not only will I continue to go to them, but I absolutely have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. More

Whether you are in the showroom or the service department, the high-pressure upsell is still there. Trying to buy a new vehichle, there are $10K of add-ons before you can say no. If you go in for an oil change they try to push unneeded services to pad that bill. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, but for warranty work, they are the only Hummer dealership available. More
