Took our car in for service. James in the shop was very nice. I engaged Johnny Medved in conversation when I was looking for a newspaper for the waiting room. We spoke for almost an hour. Very informed and knowledgeable of his product line and the automotive business in general. He did not try to sell me anything we just had a long quite pleasant conversation. From the lot boy who gave me directions to the paintless dent repair guy who also gave me directions, and the used car sales people who I also spoke with, ALL of them were pleasant and seemed happy to be there. They all treated us very kindly. I would recommend Medved to anyone seeking service for their car or looking to buy a new or used one for that matter. POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!! More

Service was as good as it gets. Doug Greer in Cadillac service was excellent, could not be happier with how i was treated. I have a Cadillac dealer 30 miles from my house in Vail, I drive right past it to service was excellent, could not be happier with how i was treated. Dan is a great service manager, whenever I need to Medved for service I also set my appointments with both of my cars with Dan. You always get a friendly greeting, immediate attention. This service department has always provided efficient and friendly service along with convenient dates. I don't have my Suburban worked on by anybody else. I alwasy get great service from these guys whether it is for my Cadillac or Chevy they are always prompt and great to work with. They have a courtesy shuttle as well which I use all of the time. I have been coming to MedVed since '98 - bought present car from MedVed and serviced there ever since. Have always had great service. Altho youall are not a Chrysler dealer any longer I will continue to car from MedVed and serviced there ever since. Have always had great service. I bought my vehicle from MV 6 years ago.Every interaction has been pleasant, from routine mtce to auto body repair. They get you in quickly, they explain stuff in a way I can understand, they are friendly, t has been pleasant, from routine mtce to auto body repair. I go to them for oil changes because they are so good - it is worth the extra bit of $ to get the service I do. They also have tenure with employees - always a good sign that MV is treating them well and they like their jobs. I have never had a negative experience. Not only will I continue to go to them, but I absolutely have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. More
