Fantastic Service Manager I have a 2020 CT6 Cadillac. Arrived from out of town across 108 degree desert with the 'Check Engine' light on. Courtney made a bad situation a good experience We were on vacation from Iowa and had to have my 2017 truck towed in on June 27, 2019 My service contact representative Courtney took care of everyth We were on vacation from Iowa and had to have my 2017 truck towed in on June 27, 2019 My service contact representative Courtney took care of everything from getting us a vehicle to drive, to the warranty work that ended up with the replacement of the trucks engine.
