I am not one to typically write bad reviews so this is a bit out of my comfort zone, however I feel it is important to warn anyone who values after sales support that Foundation Chevrolet is NOT the place t bit out of my comfort zone, however I feel it is important to warn anyone who values after sales support that Foundation Chevrolet is NOT the place to go. I've been working to get an answer from finance, sales, and even the general manager on a refund of a prepaid maintenance package for over 10 weeks. It has been incredibly frustrating as I've done everything my contract stated, to the point where the GM team is looking for ways to help me... Foundation Chevrolet has been the opposite, no help, no returned calls, no response to emails and they straight up lied and told me the check was in the mail when I visited the dealership. If you value your time, sanity, and want to work with honest people don't bother with Foundation Chevrolet. More
