We were in the market for another vehicle. We visited the used lot off I-70 and were soon greeted by Matt. He was very low key, asked us some qualifying questions and showed us several vehicles we had mentio used lot off I-70 and were soon greeted by Matt. After looking them over and not seeing one that would work for our needs, Matt asked some more qualifying questions (still low key, no pressure or making us feel rushed) he took us to another section of the lot where we immediately fell in love with a Dodge Journey. We tested it but were not ready to talk about a deal yet so we made an appointment the next day. No problem, no high pressure tactics. We ended up coming back and purchasing the vehicle after some time to research and decide. Matt was wonderful, an excellent salesman. The Finance Manager, Mr. Michael Medved Jr., was fantastic as well. He found us a great finance package and was completely professional while still making the paperwork portion enjoyable. He was the only one that would give me a quote over the phone with out any sells pitch like "come in and we'll give you a great price." I had done my homework and I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. He gave me the quote with taxes and fees included which happened to be less than anywhere else. So I drove up there from Colorado Springs and then was surprised when he was able to get me an even better price than he had quoted! I am very reluctant to deal with high sales pitch type car salesmen so Shaun was a real pleasure. He is a very down to earth person with no gimmicks!!
