For about the last year or so I had planned on buying a new economic vehicle. The obvious choice for me was the Chevy Cruze. I thought the pricing was straightforward and fair. Follow up service from Brett and the service group have been great as well. Quite simply put, they tried to sell us a car we weren't sure we wanted at a much higher price point than blue book value, and mocked us when we didn't accept their offer. They backed us into a cramped office, quite literally into a corner, and used all sorts of underhanded pricing and sales tricks to try to pressure us into purchase. The salesman refused to tell us what interest rate we would be getting if we financed, and was intentionally vague about the exact price we would finally pay. They were so disrespectful. When we ultimately tried to say no, the salesman Ray, while walking away from us, yelled over his shoulder "you're making a big mistake" as another salesperson attempted to further haggle us on our way out the door. They were the very definition of the stereotypical used car salesmen. The entire experience made my wife and I profoundly uncomfortable, and I will never return to Medved. More
We were looking for a 2010 or 2011 Chevy Tahoe fully loaded, however you only had one and it was not what we were looking for. Your salesman Larry told us about a 2007 that they just got in, that was f loaded, however you only had one and it was not what we were looking for. We really were not interested in buying that late of a model, but thank you Larry for suggesting we take a look. It is now in our garage and we could not be happier. Took our car in for service. James in the shop was very nice. I engaged Johnny Medved in conversation when I was looking for a newspaper for the waiting room. We spoke for almost an hour. Very informed and knowledgeable of his product line and the automotive business in general. He did not try to sell me anything we just had a long quite pleasant conversation. From the lot boy who gave me directions to the paintless dent repair guy who also gave me directions, and the used car sales people who I also spoke with, ALL of them were pleasant and seemed happy to be there. They all treated us very kindly. I would recommend Medved to anyone seeking service for their car or looking to buy a new or used one for that matter. POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!! More

This salesman is new to the product. He misled us on at least two points. 1) How the ECO works on the vehicle purchased, 2) That a GPS navigation system was included on this vehicle. The offer that I was given on a potential trade-in was very low. More
