I lost my only car key and needed a new one made. Service Advisor Uriah was so incredibly amazing. Dealership doesn’t know how to feel out paper work for DMV. Annoyingly have to wait longer for the dealership to get paper work back from dmv to correct to resend paperwork back to dmv. It took three days to get an appointment. Most of the communications between the service department and myself were via texts; that personal touch is missing. Not like the old Medved days and their service department. However, I was kept informed on service needed, costs of repair and when the car service was completed. All that I needed; thanks. I appreciate the car was washed and vacuumed on pick-up. Repair costs were reasonable. I didn't want to leave the car overnight, but that is the "way it goes". More
