Employees were professional and courteous, however the objective of my bring the vehicle in was to have a manufacture recall performed. I scheduled it two weeks out, dropped it off and asked that they als objective of my bring the vehicle in was to have a manufacture recall performed. I scheduled it two weeks out, dropped it off and asked that they also run codes to see why the stabilitrack light comes on and the vehicle randomly shut off. I get an estimate emailed to me about the services that the tech feels I need done (at a cost of ($2100.00). A short time later I gt a call saying the truck is ready, however they are unable to complete the recall because they do not have the required parts in. Saying they used them on other vehicles. Why in the world would they keep my appointment to have the recall performed if they did no have the parts? I wasted a day without a vehicle, scheduled two weeks out and nothing. Odd though, they sure wanted to charge me for the diagnostic (which they never told me about) and the $2100.00 for other services. They did remove the diagnostic charge for the inconvenience around scheduling two weeks out and not having the vehicle. I will still need the recall performed but will get a second opinion on the other services. More

My car (Z06) needed a door lock actuator replaced. Jenny contacted Concord Auto Protect, with whom I have a VSP. When they responded to her she told me they would only pay $180, so I opted to go ahe Jenny contacted Concord Auto Protect, with whom I have a VSP. When they responded to her she told me they would only pay $180, so I opted to go ahead with the repair and pay for it myself. However, when I read the email CAP sent her I learned they were going to send her the part (which was ~$430), and the $180 was for labor. Needless to say I am very upset with her because she did not give me accurate information. More

This is the worst and im talking worst customer service we have ever encountered with Michael Chase. He is the GM of sales and treated us like xxxx! He even went as far as threatening to throw us out becau we have ever encountered with Michael Chase. He is the GM of sales and treated us like xxxx! He even went as far as threatening to throw us out because we are upset that you have had our car for 3 1/2 months? I took my 2014 Chevy corvette to get 3 rims and tires replaced and it took 3 1/2 months to not get the car finished. We took it in on 02/06/23 and picked it up yesterday 04/25/23 because they still wanted to keep it another 2 weeks since they could not tell us an ETA or a tracking number on the wheel that was still on order. Every time we called it was we will call you back with a call never being returned. Jason and Max in service were sometimes helpful just never kept us informed. I really think Foundation Chevrolet needs a whole new staff especially replace Michael Chase with people that care and not wan to kick you out for stating your frustrations. Your staff has no sympathy since it is not there vehicle. DO NOT EVER TAKE OR PURCHASE A VEHILCE FROM FOUNDATION CHEVROLET IN WHEAT RIDGE COLORADO! They DO NOT CARE for there customers once you purchase a vehicle. Contacting Kyle Clark from 9 news to call out your lack of integrity and respect of your customers. WORST EVER! More
