So when I went to Medved I hoped for the best but expected the worst. But it turned out to be a great experience. John Heartso, my salesman, was extremely thorough and courteous. We looked at a few vehicles before I decided on a 2016 Chevy Trax LTZ. John was very patient during my decision process and I never felt pressured or rushed to buy a vehicle. When I finally decided on the Trax, the rest of the process went very quickly. There was a great incentive on the Trax, and they also gave me the highest value on my trade in. Software Update The Radio/media center was locking up on our new Impala. We were very concerned. Body Shop I purchased a used Cadillac from Medved. I was disappointed that it had some scratches on the back bumper, hood, interior seal plates, a nick it the I purchased a used Cadillac from Medved. I was disappointed that it had some scratches on the back bumper, hood, interior seal plates, a nick it the driver's side mirror and the front valance needed to be re-affixed to the bumper. Also, replaced the rear lift gate molding (due to magnesium chloride discoloration). I am very pleased with the work that has been completed...the car looks like brand new now. Brian Andrews did a fantastic job on the write-up on the preliminary estimates and the work was completed in time frame I was given. Great work to the Body Shop! More

Oil Change MedVed Cadillac accommodated my request to drop off my car for an oil change and pick it up the next day. I visited 5 dealer ships looking for a new corvette I Got different stories from other dealerships but nothing matched. John Hartso was very patient with me and showed me his inventory. After about our third visit a new corvette came in and I was fortunate enough to get there just at the right time, since it had just came in. I had been looking for about 3 months and am very picky about what I buy. I never felt high pressured about the time he spent with me. The owner even came around to say hello.
