March 2016 my vehicle was totaled out by a careless driver behind me when I stopped for a red light. My first stop in shopping was to go the Medved service department to point me to the right person to help me began shopping for a new vehicle. I needed all wheel drive and purchased a new Chev Trax LT without shopping any further, good service advisor to good sales person and even the paperwork guy handled it well. I have great confidence in the service department. I have only had a very minor need on the Trax and the service department took care of it while I waited. More
