Went here to purchase a vehicle I had seen online. When getting the quote from salesman was given a different price then told they had made a mistake on that price. Decided not to purchase that vehicle and then another vehicle a jeep compass caught my eye. Salesman promised some features and gave me the brochures for them too, siriuss, xm, Bluetooth phone etc... after paying for it salesman said he had to leave and left me with a different salesman who knew nothing about what first sales man had told me. Said first salesman would call me next day, lo and behold he never did. Called Jeep and complained and Sales manager called me and set an apt for me to meet with him. Drove over there on scheduled Sat apt and sat around for 30 mins waiting for sales mgr he never showed. When I called him later he yelled at me after I proved to him I had been there that I did not look around good enough for him!!! This was a scheduled apt he made I don't even know what he looks like. He then said he could not help me and hung up the phone. All their promises were not kept, they will not service my vehicle or do anything. Basically a huge bait and switch place! More
Bought a used 2011 last December. When I took it in for the first oil change to a local place I used for my previous car they told me there were several oil leaks and a power steering leak. I took it to the Chevy dealer who "repaired" the leaks. Two weeks later I took it back because it was still leaking something on the driveway and there was a chemical smell when I used the AC. They said the air filters were dirty and changed them. Two weeks later I called again to say there was still a bit of a smell and still leaking on the driveway. They said it was just dirt and mustiness in the air system and that the drip on the drive was run-off from the AC. I told him I wanted to be sure since the warranty was about out (36,000 miles). Three months later I take it in for the next oil change and am told that it still has an oil leak and a large power steering leak. Now it has 39,000 miles and is out of warranty on the power steering. They wanted $1,050 to fix it. When I called Medved they would only give me a phone number for GM to plead my case and tell me the vehicle is out of warranty. My local Chevy dealer was surprised it wasn't a certified pre-owned vehicle since it is a 2011. My local dealer went to bat for me with GM and GM is going to cover it, but this should never have happened. I believe this vehicle had these leaks when we bought it, which is why a 2011 was not a "certified pre-owned vehicle". Medved just wasn't honest enough to tell us about them or to fix them before sending us off the lot with the car. More

I HAD PULLED OFF A LONG NARROW STRIP WHEN I CUT A TURN TOO SHORT. MY CAR IS A 2005 SRX WITH OVER 99,000 MILES. INSTEAD OF ME PAYING FOR A $800 REPLACEMENT PART BRIAN WORKED WITH ME TO TRY GLUING & REPLA TOO SHORT. MY CAR IS A 2005 SRX WITH OVER 99,000 MILES. For about the last year or so I had planned on buying a new economic vehicle. The obvious choice for me was the Chevy Cruze. Quite simply put, they tried to sell us a car we weren't sure we wanted at a much higher price point than blue book value, and mocked us when we didn't accept their offer. They backed us into a cramped office, quite literally into a corner, and used all sorts of underhanded pricing and sales tricks to try to pressure us into purchase. The salesman refused to tell us what interest rate we would be getting if we financed, and was intentionally vague about the exact price we would finally pay. They were so disrespectful. When we ultimately tried to say no, the salesman Ray, while walking away from us, yelled over his shoulder "you're making a big mistake" as another salesperson attempted to further haggle us on our way out the door. They were the very definition of the stereotypical used car salesmen. The entire experience made my wife and I profoundly uncomfortable, and I will never return to Medved. More
