This place is very sketchy. Look out!! I went to look at a car that was priced at $8.999, but all of a sudden, the price was $9,700. I showed them the internet price, and they s Look out!! Went on a test drive of the car, which was extremely dirty. How they even let someone look at the car in that condition is beyond me. After driving it and talking it over I made an offer on the car, in which the salesman Eric seemed to get mad that I wasn't going to pay over $12k for a 16-year-old car. He also said two words to me then, but I never heard back from him again. He then must have passed me on to another salesman Gael, after telling him I made an offer on the car, he said he didn't see the offer and then never heard from him again. Stay Away if you want good customer service, also look out for lower prices just to get you in the door. More

I bought a brand new 2024 Silverado High Country in 2023 had a very good salesman, who is no longer there! so, I have some recalls and wanted some other work that needed done. made several calls left voice had a very good salesman, who is no longer there! so, I have some recalls and wanted some other work that needed done. made several calls left voice message because the answer machine was the only person who would talk to me. Finally had a gentleman call me. I told him needed to bring truck in for recalls and a windshield. also had another issue we talked about. Told him I would like to request a loaner car. all set up and ready to go. Emails two days before appointment date. Sorry sir windshield has not come in don't know when it will be in. Oh, and by the way today is my last day! I will pass you off to another service writer and we will contact you when that windshield comes in. I'm like great thanks for the heads up and all your help. well weeks go by. No Email or call so I call back get receptionist, she transfers me to service again I get to talk to my old friend the answering machine. This happened at least five times on different days, When I called back the next day, I told the receptionist if I get another answering machine I was done. she forwards my call to the person who runs the service writer and or shop. yep, you guessed it I got her answering machine, leave message no call back. now I'm smoking. I actually over see a service shop so I'm like I get it things are rough these days. So, BUT I'm a gluten for punishment, so let's try again. I call and get my favorite receptionist, she says I will transfer you! I'm like! let me explain something if I get another answering machine, IM DONE!!! She says I will personally find you someone. And she did! Now we are on a roll, talked the gentleman set everything up and we verified a loaner car and appointment, and I asked will you be there he replied YES. So, I head over to my appointment. Again, your right! my service writer is not there, family emergency. I proceeded with a nice young lady, do the paperwork. Then I asked for the loaner car. Um we don't have one, I'm like I bought a 70.000-dollar truck, I would hope I could get a loaner as you have stated it will take a few days. Let me talk to my manager. She comes back and states he says you can rent one from enterprise. I politely told her I have been battling you guys for over a month, I think I will just walk over and get in my truck and leave. I have waited two days and still haven't heard from them. Well again you guessed it! I will never ever step foot in that chit hole place, looks like to me they ran off a very good car salesman who I will follow and a good service writer. my point being if you can't take care of your help how are you going to take care of your customer. I will buy another new truck but not there. So good luck if you choose to buy from a mediocre sales lot. 0 stars from me More
