Foundation 45 Mitsubishi

I have purchased from this dealer ship before in 2023 and I was very happy with who help me before but this time Mike was who “helped “ me. He didn’t seem to have much knowledge about phev or plug in hybrids I was very happy with who help me before but this time Mike was who “helped “ me. He didn’t seem to have much knowledge about phev or plug in hybrids, also he was a lot of talk not much of action. I made it very clear what I wanted and how much I could pay and then the run around they gave me and then after 3 times drive back and forth in 1 days I am signing the papers they said I couldn’t have my new car because they had charge it . The next day they show up with my new car , no signed customer papers, 1 key fob( when you purchase a new car your suppose to get 2 keys ) , and no gas , and the battery was barely charged. Which was all communicated with Mike however not rectified with any customer service. I can guarantee I will buy another Mitsubishi outlander PHEV because I love this car but it will never be from here! My advice Mike need more customer service training and less trying to force customers to be apart of his social media page. More
