I brought my Chrysler Pacifica 2018 in to service for a check engine light. The engine temp kept running hot and there was a water gurgling sound when engine was on. I had the car in the shop 3 times in on check engine light. The engine temp kept running hot and there was a water gurgling sound when engine was on. I had the car in the shop 3 times in one week. The problem was never resolved and on the 3rd visit after spending $1500 for items that did not solve my problem, they told me they needed to do an engine break down and I would be charged around $500. I find it irresponsible to not have done this to begin with after I spend $1500 to not fix the issue. I was also asked " Have you thought about trading it in!" !!!! Needless to say, I am back at square one and will never return. I never spoke to a manger and no one seemed to care about my issue. Never again. More

Been a Jeep owner for 2 years, I'm a traveler here working at Exeter Hospital. My Jeep stalled on the highway and sent off 3 codes. I made it to the nearest mechanic off the highway. They connected to working at Exeter Hospital. My Jeep stalled on the highway and sent off 3 codes. I made it to the nearest mechanic off the highway. They connected to scanner to see what was wrong. Long story short, 2 of the codes they couldn't read due to a lock code. Told me to take it to the dealership. I called Foss to make an appointment for service. Was told I couldn't have it serviced because they are not taking new customers. Never in my life have I heard of anything like that. Like really. Then I asked since I'm not from here. Where can I go to another Jeep dealership. Was told somewhere up North! Very rude, I'm Livid!! More

Advertises vehicles without having title in hand which makes you wait over a month in order to receive the vehicle. I bought a TRX from them 2 years ago and had to wait over a month. Went back in today to buy my daughter a car and after being their for 2+ hours and doing up the paperwork only to have the salesman come out and tell me the same story from my original purchase on how they don't have the title and I would need to wait for it to come in. Lightning doesn't strike twice this is a common thing with Foss. Drove 2 hours to get there only to be told this. Salesman knew it was a long drive for me when I spoke with him but never indicated that I would go up and have to wait an unknown amount of time in order to take delivery. More
