Knowing the TRD Pro 4runner is being serviced here it will be on the road for many many years to come. More
Horrible I will always buy my car from here but I will never use their service again. It is just plain awful!! I have them pick it up because I work 6 days a I will always buy my car from here but I will never use their service again. It is just plain awful!! I have them pick it up because I work 6 days a week and they are not open after 5 pm when I can bring it in. The guy that picks up my car literally makes me walk outside to him to give him my keys and walk back outside to get my keys. Today they called me at 11:34 that my car was done and so I assumed around noon I would get my car. I finally called them at 1 pm and they said oh he left a while ago you should have had your car. They would call him. I HAD to call them back just to find out where my car is. I finally got it at 1:30. I don't have a problem with the time but I do when they don't keep you updated!! Won't go back!! I will go to Peoria Toyota for my car care needs. More

I had all my service work done as scheduled, on time, wit I bought my 2013 Tundra from Bob, the nicest salesman, (deceased) who knew his product well. I had all my service work done as scheduled, on time, with Fort's. Didn't seem to be a problem. I thought all my work was being done. One time I was told my brakes had 50 percent and my tires that also. Since I had a trip coming up, in a few months, and pull a trailer, figured I'd have new brakes and tires done to be on the safe side. Time for my next oil change comes up. (For a month, I'd been slowly loosing air in my left rear tire and hubby would put air in). I took to Fort's for oil change, check and fix left rear tire and rotate tires. When I checked out, I asked if tire had been fixed. I was told by Chad nothing had been found wrong. I said it had been losing air for a month! I also questioned about the brakes and this time they were supposedly fine! So now I'm REALLY confused! $80. Some dollars. I just left. Did they DO anything? A week later, LEFT REAR tire is low of air again!!! My husband called, got service manager, Eric. Was told truck tires were rotated, he had on video and truck was up on rack. Husband said couldn't have been done. Eric then said there were 2 trucks just alike that day and he'd call us back. He called back and said we were correct, they weren't rotated because they knew we were going to be replacing tires soon! Unbelievable! I said, "but you charged me for it!" He said he thought it was an honest mistake. He agreed to send a check for the rotation cost, which they did....but not an apology at all, was included!!! NEVER WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AGAIN!!! How do I know they changed my oil all those times I took it there? Rotated the tires? Who knows? More
Horribly Declining Service I have bought 3 Camry Hybrids from Forts over the last 10 years with no issues on the first 2. The last one is a 2012 XLE Hybrid. About 6-9 months aft I have bought 3 Camry Hybrids from Forts over the last 10 years with no issues on the first 2. The last one is a 2012 XLE Hybrid. About 6-9 months after I bought the car I started having issues with the automatic door locks not working. I brought it to the attention of the Service Dept and they noticed it but had not seen anything like it in the past. I was told to wait and see if there was a Service Bulletin or recall before asking to have them fixed. I trusted the Service Dept because they had never given me a reason to do so otherwise. Last year (after bringing it up about every trip in) they decided to do one door as a "Gesture of Good Will". The other 3 doors would cost me $400 per door. I have been trying to get them to fix the other 3 at no cost because if I had just asked to have them fixed while it was under warranty, I would not have this issue. This is was Fort's Toyota (and their District Manager) thinks of their loyal customers. They know we are in the market to buy another brand new car right now and going the extra mile is just not part of their strategy to retain customers.? More
increasingly disappointed I scheduled service on my 2015 Tab 4 online. Upon arriving the service writer told me to write down my name and address on a post it note. My arm was in a brace from finger to my upper arm! As I was trying to right she then told me that she could see my appointment. The two young women at the desk in the showroom kept turning up their rap music while dancing in their chairs. They also were discussing a person they thought had started and other inappropriate topics for a business. After I signed my receipt the woman turned and began a discussion with a fellow employee. There wad no thank you, bye or anything. This marks the third time that the dealership has disappointed me. When my lease is up I'LL look for a vehicle somewhere else. More

Excellent Employee I had the privilege of working with one of your Service Advisors named Kevin Becker. I took my car in because of my low tire pressure light and when I had the privilege of working with one of your Service Advisors named Kevin Becker. I took my car in because of my low tire pressure light and when I was explaining things to Kevin, he REALLY listened to me. He did not just assume one of the tires needed filled (again) due to temperature, but instead he listened to what I told him and took it from there. I so appreciated his attention to details and how he made me feel....like a valued customer. I will be requesting him every time I need ANY thing done. I hope you realize what a valuable employee you have working for you...I know I certainly do. Kevin comes highly recommended! Thank you, Kevin, for your excellent customer service. Had to get a key made. They cut it, synced it, did everything you have to do to it to make it work & got me in & out of there in no time. And for a lot less than everybody else wanted to charge me. everything you have to do to it to make it work & got me in & out of there in no time. And for a lot less than everybody else wanted to charge me. They were professional in every way. They did not try to charge me for anything else. They did not try to talk me into anything else. I was amazed & speechless & I am seldom at a loss for words. I could not recommend these guys any more or rate them any higher! In fact, I drove 100 miles & past two other central Illinois dealerships because their ratings were so high...now I know why! If you want to deal w/ people whose word is their bond, who understand outstanding customer service-then accept no substitute. IF my wife needs anything for her Toyota I will be sending her to Fort's. Thanks to each & every Fort's employee who made my long trip & stress to replace this key such a "stress-free" experience. And Happy 2013 to all of you! More
