I purchased a 2020 RAV 4 HYBRID at Green Toyota in Springfield. Wanted to buy from Fort, but very hard to get used anywhere. Green Toyota and Toyota corp. could not or would not address the issues I Springfield. Wanted to buy from Fort, but very hard to get used anywhere. I had them try to locate a sound that my car was making. They checked and could not find it. Even though they had the car the entire day, no charge. I was grateful. Then I was able to record the sound and they listened to it. Unfortunately, the power steering pump needed replaced as the fluid appeared to be burnt. I left my car on a Tuesday and was not able to pick it up until Friday. However, when they had a loaner car available, they provided it to me. They were in constant contact with the progress. I just hope the problem is fixed because they were unsure if the sound came from the pump. So far so good. More
