Horribly Declining Service I have bought 3 Camry Hybrids from Forts over the last 10 years with no issues on the first 2. The last one is a 2012 XLE Hybrid. About 6-9 months aft I have bought 3 Camry Hybrids from Forts over the last 10 years with no issues on the first 2. The last one is a 2012 XLE Hybrid. About 6-9 months after I bought the car I started having issues with the automatic door locks not working. I brought it to the attention of the Service Dept and they noticed it but had not seen anything like it in the past. I was told to wait and see if there was a Service Bulletin or recall before asking to have them fixed. I trusted the Service Dept because they had never given me a reason to do so otherwise. Last year (after bringing it up about every trip in) they decided to do one door as a "Gesture of Good Will". The other 3 doors would cost me $400 per door. I have been trying to get them to fix the other 3 at no cost because if I had just asked to have them fixed while it was under warranty, I would not have this issue. This is was Fort's Toyota (and their District Manager) thinks of their loyal customers. They know we are in the market to buy another brand new car right now and going the extra mile is just not part of their strategy to retain customers.? More

2016 Toyota Tacoma I discussed the options I wanted with the New Car Sales Manager, and a 2016 Tacoma was built to meet my needs. The truck was delivered to my satisfact I discussed the options I wanted with the New Car Sales Manager, and a 2016 Tacoma was built to meet my needs. The truck was delivered to my satisfaction. The sales person went over the features, and answered all questions I had. The Finance Manager detailed the extended warranty, and the loan numbers. All in all, it was a GREAT experience, and I am EXTREMELY happy with my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. More

increasingly disappointed I scheduled service on my 2015 Tab 4 online. Upon arriving the service writer told me to write down my name and address on a post it note. My arm was in a brace from finger to my upper arm! As I was trying to right she then told me that she could see my appointment. The two young women at the desk in the showroom kept turning up their rap music while dancing in their chairs. They also were discussing a person they thought had started and other inappropriate topics for a business. After I signed my receipt the woman turned and began a discussion with a fellow employee. There wad no thank you, bye or anything. This marks the third time that the dealership has disappointed me. When my lease is up I'LL look for a vehicle somewhere else. More

DROVE 2.5 HOURS TO FIND THAT VEHICLE WAS SOLD! SALESMAN CALLED ME 9AM TO TELL ME ABOUT A JEEP THAT I HAD INQUIRED ABOUT. AFTER HE GAVE ME A LONG SALES PITCH ABOUT HOW GREAT OF A DEAL IT WAS I,TOLD SALESMAN CALLED ME 9AM TO TELL ME ABOUT A JEEP THAT I HAD INQUIRED ABOUT. AFTER HE GAVE ME A LONG SALES PITCH ABOUT HOW GREAT OF A DEAL IT WAS I,TOLD HIM I WOULD TALK IT OVER AND CALL HIM BACK. I CALLED HIM BACK 10 MIN LATER AND TOLD HIM THAT I WAS COMING TO LOOK AT THE JEEP BUT IT WAS A 2.5 HOUR DRIVE.I ASKED NEAL WAS ANY ONE ELSE COMING TO LOOK AT IT AND HE SAID NO! i TOOK OFF FROM WORK EARLY DROVE HOME GOT 8500.00 CASH AND DROVE 2.5 HOURS TO SEE A JEEP THAT WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT ROW OF THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE JEEP WAS JUST SOLD! SO AFTER LOSING HALF A DAYS PAY AND 50.00 DOLLARS IN DIESEL FUEL ROUND TRIP,I DROVE BACK HOME WITH NOTHING , IM SORRY BUT IF YOUR GOING TO SELL ON THE NET YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE DONT JUST LIVE DOWN THE STREET AND YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT IN TO ACCOUNT. MY LAST WORDS TO NEAL WERE " IM ON MY WAY" I GUESS A MANS WORD MEANS NOTHING TO YOUR DEALERSHIP!!! More
