There are other dealers that are selling new vehicles without market adjustments. When a return customer shows up and they are asked to still pay $3000 additional market adjustment along with $1295 "Pro without market adjustments. When a return customer shows up and they are asked to still pay $3000 additional market adjustment along with $1295 "Protection package" that is nothing but fluff. I went around the corner and was able to get a fantastic deal on a new Kia, with more features, and not have to pay additional market adjustment. FYI Moritz Kia has a big billboard stating the fact they don't charge any market adjustments. You can see the billboard from the Ft. Worth Nissan showroom. More
I would give a 0 if it was an option. I have lost a days work, we had been scheduled a month and they didnt bother to call and let us know that they , again couldn't hold up to their end. I have lost a days work, we had been scheduled a month and they didnt bother to call and let us know that they , again couldn't hold up to their end. If something happens to me driving this vehicle before they can get it in, it will not go well. When we bought the Rogue they even sent me an email how to respond to the questionnaire. You can go this far, but after they get what they want, you're nothing ! More

The whole team was great & we had a pleasurable buying experience. Ray Maghammi took his time with us to help us find the right fit and stayed late to help us get it done. The finance guy was also great a experience. Ray Maghammi took his time with us to help us find the right fit and stayed late to help us get it done. The finance guy was also great and made the process very comfortable and easy (which is rare in a car dealership). We definitely plan to purchase more vehicles at this location & have already been telling others about our great experience. Thanks! More
Your mechanic Les took such great care of me today. He was patient & transparent with me. Another Nissan dealership made a mistake on my car he discovered (that was a safety concern) and he worked hard wi was patient & transparent with me. Another Nissan dealership made a mistake on my car he discovered (that was a safety concern) and he worked hard with me & the previous manager to make it right. When the other dealership didn't own up to their mistake, he made sure this Nissan paid for everything and got my Rogue safe again. You have a very happy customer who will be back for all my vehicles needs! Thank you Nissan Fort Worth & Les! More
If I could give zero stars and still leave a review, I would. I cosigned a car loan for my sister in January 11, 2020. I had an excellent credit score so Fort Worth Nissan switched our Social Security num would. I cosigned a car loan for my sister in January 11, 2020. I had an excellent credit score so Fort Worth Nissan switched our Social Security numbers and put my sisters Social Security number under my name and my Social Security number under my sister’s name on their forms. As a result Equifax is now reporting my identity as formerly known with my sisters name as my former identity. What Nissan did was unconscionable. Nissan Fort Worth fraudulently misrepresented information by putting me on the loan as the primary applicant instead of a co-signer. They also fraudulently reported that my sister and I were one person ( an AKA identity) This has caused my Equifax credit score to plummet 100 points. I have made several efforts to contact Nissan. They admitted to the “error” but have not rectified the problem. This has caused me financial problems with regards to my ability to transact business. I’m a business owner and this has affected me adversely. So far Nissan Fort Worth has made no effort to rectify this problem that they created. They continue to give me the runaround and make promises to fix the problem without any intention of ever doing so. I called them several times and their employee assured me it would be rectified immediately but nothing was done. They have refused to rectify a problem they created. Which leads to the obvious conclusion that they knowingly committed fraud by falsifying vital information in order to benefit financially. An investigation may even uncover other illegal activities. I intend to contact an attorney and the District Attorneys office to file criminal charges against Nissan Fort Worth. More
Never deal with them, especially David Henry. He started insulting other delaers....and when confronted he walked away from the discussions. Not to mention that they are more expensive than others in the DF insulting other delaers....and when confronted he walked away from the discussions.
