Jose in the service department was very nice and welcoming. We talked the whole time while I waited to see if they had a tire for my Outlander. The tire had to be brought over from somewhere else an welcoming. We talked the whole time while I waited to see if they had a tire for my Outlander. The tire had to be brought over from somewhere else and Jose called me when it arrived, which was sooner than expected. When I got back to the dealership it took no time to get the tire and rim fixed. I'm very happy with Jose's hospitality and the awesome service. More

I love my car but the process of buying this car was, unorganized. I purchased a car that wasn’t on the lot that day. To be told an expecting day, but no one not knew when my car world arrive. This was a unorganized. I purchased a car that wasn’t on the lot that day. To be told an expecting day, but no one not knew when my car world arrive. This was a car I was informed to get. To later find out the same car but different color had arrived the next day but I couldn’t get that due to the filing of paper work. So I waited. Then was given incorrect information about my car, that I pointed out and had to change on my insurance, then while there had to wait longer than expected for things to get done to leave with the car. I was patient because it was done with and I was over it. To later realize that due to all the changes, my ID was still on the copy machine. Had to go back there a couple days later to get that. Disappointing. But later when I came to get my tags, I was given the wrong spare key. That I still have. I called and informed them, no one has called me back with directions and I’m tired of driving way out there. So I have another car spare key. After I said we’re good, do I need to do anything else. They replied no. More
