I have always believed that service is the most important part of a dealership. Having a good service department keeps customers coming back. This service manager(Chase) went above and beyond on a Friday l part of a dealership. Having a good service department keeps customers coming back. This service manager(Chase) went above and beyond on a Friday late afternoon to find me a replacement tire so I could use my car over the weekend. He was very polite, and understanding. In no time he had my car fixed and back on the road all my doing to the same to a handful of other customers that was there before me. Thanks Chase. Smaller dealership, friendly staff. I came from our of state on vacation when my oil change service due light came on. I was able to make an appt online quickly. The service advisor I came from our of state on vacation when my oil change service due light came on. I was able to make an appt online quickly. The service advisor kept me up to speed on what they were doing, and I was out of there within 30 min!!! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I didn't know at the time but they had a coupon for the services I had obtained that could have saved me quite a bit of money, but no one mentioned anything like that to me.
