I went in and met with the service tech. He was friendly and got my questions answered. He got my car in and was accurate about how long it would take to repair the issues with the car. Run as fast as you can and don’t look back. The lack of professionalism is just the beginning. None of their new vehicles have Monroney labels on the windows, because they are not going to The lack of professionalism is just the beginning. None of their new vehicles have Monroney labels on the windows, because they are not going to sale you the car at M.S.R.P as stated on the website. This is not legal! You will be coached to lie to the finance company about your income. This is fraud! You will have your credit run excessively. My was run over ten times on a Sunday and they are closed for business on Sundays 🤷🏾♂️. When I returned the vehicle and asked for my deposit back, I was met with physical hostility and threatened to have a lien placed against me. The General Manger(listed on their website), Terry White, as me to step outside and handle matters physically. If you check the BBB’s website for Fort Worth Mitsubishi, the greatest complaint is from people being unable to get their deposit back. I will have to wait and see. I did contact my bank and made them aware. I also reached out to the finance company and made them aware as well. More
