Customer service was definitely not there. Didn’t do their job fully. Wouldn’t recommend to literally anyone. I had tried to purchase a vehicle from several other dealerships . Then I saw the Outlander on you tube. I was called by Ft. Worth Mitsubishi. They asked me to come down and test drive the Outlander. dealerships . Then I saw the Outlander on you tube. I was called by Ft. Worth Mitsubishi. They asked me to come down and test drive the Outlander. I told them that it was too far to drive just to be disappointed again ( I have a low credit score). They told me if I came down they would get me approved. I drove the Outlander, and I knew that was the car for me. They got me approved with a pretty good finance company. I now have my Outlander. I have driven it over 2000 miles and I simply love it. Still getting used to all the bells and whistles that I never had on my old car. The Outlander is, without a doubt, one of the best cars on the market. It can stand up against any Luxury car on the market for far less money. My neighbor has a Jaguar and I have some features that he doesn't have. Plus I have a 5 year 50k mile bumper to bumper warranty. . If you want a GREAT CAR. and don't want to spend 45k to 50k dollars go to Ft. Worth Mitsubishi and ask for James Hampton he is a great sales rep and knows his product.
