I purchased my car sight unseen in person and Brandon was my eyes and ears before I made the two hour drive to get it. The blower motor on my 2015 Prius suddenly got noisy. I was able to make an appointment on line for the next day. A new motor was needed, and none was in stock, but they got one in the next day and instal was able to make an appointment on line for the next day. Couldve been a better experience. At first the process of buying a vehicle was rough but began to smooth out. Salesman that helped us was nice and polite. However things changed late At first the process of buying a vehicle was rough but began to smooth out. Salesman that helped us was nice and polite. However things changed later on in the day and week following. Once we said my wife and I would buy the vehicle, I began to feel like I was being pushed to buy. Wanted to talk it over with wife and my personal bank and come back to purchase vehicle. But was asked why, and told have deal here, our finance guy can do same as my bank basically. Then once got to finance office, guy we worked with was to me very rude, pushy, arrogant, cocky and disrespectful to me. He did not explain stuff very well in my opinion and was very pushy and wanted move things fast it felt like until I wasn't interested in buying an extended warranty. He would not take my no, not interested for an answer. He would push to know why. I would reply I have my reasons and hed be okay for a few minutes and then go back to trying to push it on me again and would not take no for an answer. So my wife and I were glad when that was over. Loved the vehicle test driving it and once we bought it and brought it home. However, when test driving it, low tire pressure sensor was on. Had salesman have it looked at and was fixed. I felt and he felt was just low from sitting on the lot and I understood. However the warning light came back on the next day and I put air in the tire and was good. Then it was fine Monday for my wife at work until her ride home and it(tire) began to leak again and she had to stop on way home to put air in the tire because it had leaked that bad. So the next day, I drove the vehicle without issue until that evening when I drove it to the dealership to drop off our down payment and have the tire looked at. I thought it was the vale stem and after service looked at it, it had been the valve stem. But instead of putting a spare valve stem on or spare tire for me, they just put air back in the tire and told me I was good to go home knowing that it would leak and continue to leak. They said they had to order a new valve stem in and would call when part came in. Several days passed and I had heard nothing, so I called them and they said that the part would be in on Monday and would once again call when in and schedule time to come get it fixed. Once again I did not receive a phone call, so on Tuesday I called and they dept said it would be in at 1pm that day and they would call me to confirm and schedule to get it fixed. Once again, I did not receive a phone call and still have not after being a couple days. So I had to take matters into my own hands and I took it to my mechanic to get fixed so my wife could drive her vehicle, vehicle we bought for her to drive, to work finally without having to worry about tire leaking. So long story short, after this experience and the experiences I heard two other customers have while I was waiting on my vehicle to be looked at the other day at dealership, I would not and will not recommend anyone to visit or purchase from this dealership. More
