Excellent experience! Contacted the dealership from my recliner on a Friday evening, pretty much worked a deal on my iPad. Then my son and I drove up from Indy Saturday afternoon to drive my new Tundra ho recliner on a Friday evening, pretty much worked a deal on my iPad. Very patient, let my son and I park our current Tundra right by the new one so we could compare apples to apples. Definitely not the typical pushy salesman type. More

Shocked at high prices recommended as add on purchases for just my tire rotation needs.All I needed was a tire rotation and the service clerk checking me in had items that he suggested I have done that co for just my tire rotation needs.All I needed was a tire rotation and the service clerk checking me in had items that he suggested I have done that cost almost $600. After I said no to those he still tried to get me to flush my transmission fluid for over $200. I said no. I have it scheduled at a local mechanic for $125. I will not be returning as I also checked with local persons and I can have my tires rotated for $10 as opposed to the $36 and almost 2 hour wait. I am sad to write this review as I have always been satisfied with the guys in the department but something has changed in the approach of add on sales in the service department and I do not like that pressure. More

Had a great experience with this dealership. Our sales rep, Peter was great to work with. He checked out the car before we made the 3+ hour drive to come see it. Everything he said was true.
