We love the rav4 and the salesperson was great. We were told by the finance manager that the warranty expired 1/1/2021, so we bought extended warranty for $1971.00 The next day I created an account on the told by the finance manager that the warranty expired 1/1/2021, so we bought extended warranty for $1971.00 The next day I created an account on the Toyota webpage and entered the vin. I discovered and confirmed with a call to Toyota that we had warranty until June 9th plus certified pre owned coverage for 12 months. The next day I emailed the finance manager and asked for a full refund. From this point forward was a nightmare getting anyone, including the general manager to respond. If not for the salesperson and Toyota customer care getting involved nothing would have happened. Supposedly there is a check in the mail, but I will never buy another Toyota More

Well found out this morning that I will never do business with Bob Rhoman again. Bought a 2014 GMC Serria from them 2 months ago and the other day I found hail damage on the roof of truck. Talked to Phil today and he said it was my baby so I will call my attorney and my bank and let them know whats is going on and see if we can stop payment More
