Called to inquire about a vehicle, and was met with brick walls. We live in Pensacola. Not terribly far away, but my husband is a 100% disabled vet with serious mobility issues that would make it difficult walls. We live in Pensacola. I already had a preapproved loan with our credit union. I was told that I would have to make an application. For what? I already had a draft in hand. I was also told that according to the salesperson's manager under no circumstances would they even meet me half way to see the vehicle (very patriotic aren't they?). LASTLY, I was told that they already had a prospect for that vehicle. Why didn't they say that in the beginning? My response was that they didn't seem to want to sell a vehicle. No way would I ever shop with those people after all of that. More
Very unsatisfactory experience! But then I was told the car I was interested in was not available, nor was it ever available. The manager apologized and assured me the car would be taken off their webpage, but if the original salesperson would've taken the time to let me know the car wasn't available I saved myself an hour and never even driven to their location. Of course never a word of follow up or an apology from my original salesperson. Avoid this dealership! More
Emailed them several times asking for a price on a truck with only generic responses. When they finally responded they asked me to come see the car & would NOT give me the price. I again asked what the pric with only generic responses. When they finally responded they asked me to come see the car & would NOT give me the price. I again asked what the price of the vehicle was & they again told me to come by or call them. ( I live about 20 hours away from this dealership and couldn't "just stop by".) After several emails & 3 days going back & forth , they told me car was sold. I AGAIN asked what was the price the car was sold for they STILL would not give it to me. It may seem like a minor issue but why not just give me the price so we didn't have to waste each other's time? More
They add addendums making the price $3,000 - $4,000 more expensive than what the vehicle is. The addendums are things that the vehicle already comes with from the manufacturer like window tint. When we pointed it out, they could not give us an answer. Also, on their website the specific vehicle we pointed out was $28,335 after taxes and everything was applied it came out to $37,000. We had Joe verify the vin number on the website and again he could not give us an answer, they did not honor the price, and they way over charged. I bought a higher trim level for a lot less than that at Pete Moore Mitsubishi in Pensacola. Make the drive there and ask for Rob Brazie, you will not be disappointed. More
