Diligent, Knowledgeable, Dedicated, & Comforting After getting rear ended and the individual taking off I pulled into Fort Myers Mitsubishi. As I got out of my vehicle I was greeted quickly by Mike Jackson. He took the time time first to hear me vent about the accident. Then patiently and diligently heard what I was looking for, interested in. as well as what I wanted. I know he listened cause he repeated back almost word for word what I needed vs what I wanted. This being the first New car I've ever purchased I told him I didn't think I'd be approved. He gave me confidence and told me he'd do everything in his power to make it happen. Two days later his dedicated time, drive and ambition sat me in my now brand New 2017 Mitsubishi Mirrage G4. Before signing all the paperwork I asked Mike nervously if he thought this was going to be good for me. He didn't give me the typical salesman answer. He broke down everything for me and then advised me financially with excellent knowledge and put me at ease. Since then this past week Mike and the staff at Fort Myers Mitsubichi has worked to ensure my loan through it's finalization and helped me in gathering info for the financial institution. Today Mike even stayed later then he was suppose to work to help me. I am beyond pleased with Mike and the staff at Fort Myers Mitsu. Betrayed Internet customer To whom this concerns, I began searching for a very specific vehicle model, age,& miles. After an exstended time I settled on one at Ft Myers Mitsub To whom this concerns, I began searching for a very specific vehicle model, age,& miles. After an exstended time I settled on one at Ft Myers Mitsubishi. On June 27 I received the price I would pay. I requested photos because this was an internet deal and I'm in ny state. On Thursday July 13 the photos came via email. On Friday I called and arranged a deposit. The internet representative took my money and made a deal. On Saturday I had a representative go to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. He called me to tell me it had been sold. I could not believe it. So I called the dealer. I spoke to the used car manager. It was a bad deal. I was not their concern. They discarded me like the days trash. I persisted to speak with the GM of the dealership. He seemed a little more willing to put himself in my position and offered to replace my vehicle with another. I searched very long for this 115 year old vehicle. I'm very disappointed in this process. Please be wary to shop at Ft Myers's Mitsubishi. John koen More

It finally got done I went in with one car in mind and got one a year older but much nicer. First time buyer with so so credit and the credit dept made it happen.
