Mommy to be is happy as can be! I went into FMM with high hopes but not real expectation of leaving with the vehicle I actually wanted. I knew going in I wanted an Outlander Sport. Sara kindly walked up, introduced herself and asked how she could help. I had some unpleasant experiences and inrealistic "deals" presented to me before coming here. The team was fantastic and made me feel like a valued customer. They made sure I had water, I wasn't too hot, I had somewhere to sit at all times (I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant!). What a relief! This team allowed me to test the car I wanted for the day and worked all weekend on my deal. On Monday morning they told me that they were able to lower my %rate by 8+ points! What?!?! I was able to sign the papers and take my new ride home!! It felt amazing to get the car I wanted and that would protect me and my growing family! Thank you Fort Myers Mitsubishi!!
