Amazing service!! I recently purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. My search began a few weeks ago calling around to different dealerships, when I received a message from I recently purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. My search began a few weeks ago calling around to different dealerships, when I received a message from Walker to come take a look at the inventory and see if there was something that would fit my budget. Walker was very patient with my work schedule, followed up with me to answer any questions I had. His professionalism was outstanding! When I arrived at the dealership Walker introduced my husband and I to Khasai Sherriffe. He was polite, professional, upfront and honest with an awesome personality which is a huge plus!! We arrived at 2:30 pm and we had the keys in hand and off of the lot by about 7 pm, again a huge A+ for me! We sat down, he gatherer all of my information and in I would say within 30 minutes he had me approved for a vehicle, he asked if I had a specific color in mind I gave him two options and he proceeded to go on the lot and brought back a blue Mitsubishi Mirage. The color is beautiful btw!! He then asked if I’d like to test drive it and of course I accepted. During our test drive he answered all of the questions I had. He also informed me about all of the options the car has and how to use them. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but the experience I had with him was above and beyond my expectations!! He told me if I ever had any other questions, even after leaving the lot, that I could contact him anytime! He proved that being true when I had left the dealership I had forgotten the second key, he hand delivered the key to my home!! If that doesn’t tell you what an outstanding employee you have, I don’t know what else will! When it was time to sign all of the paperwork I sat down with Julian, he knew the payment I was looking for and made it happen with a few extra bonuses as well!!! I definitely will be returning to do business and I will be recommending Walker, Khasai and Julian to my friends and family down here in SWFl! More

Eclipse Cross I have nothing put positive words to say about Fort Myers Mitsubishi. I had a horrific experience at a local Mitsubishi dealership. The local Mitsubis I have nothing put positive words to say about Fort Myers Mitsubishi. I had a horrific experience at a local Mitsubishi dealership. The local Mitsubishi dealership said horrible things about Fort Myers to stop me from making the drive saying they would lie to me about pricing just to get me down there. However I took the chance and got on the phone with Walker. He was patient and worked hard to get me the manufacture rebates I inquired about. He made the whole process seamless over the phone. I drove the 2 hours to the dealership and it was all as promised on the phone. The car was missing the Security trunk cover and had a maintenance light but Walker took care of it quickly to my utmost satisfaction. He walked me through the features and Jerry Adcock made finance a breeze. Thank you Fort Myers and Walker for changing a horrific car buying experience with a local Mitsubishi dealership to a fantastic experience. Glad I took the 2 hour drive. More
