Cindy is a Super Star!!! When I pulled up to the service area I was not in a good mood. The key that was in my car to remove the lug nuts did not fit. It was the wrong key. Not only did Cindy fix that tire but I bought all 4 tires and new lug nuts. She gave me a loaner car and made a bad day great. She will be the reason why I buy my next car for this dealership.
