Fort Myers INFINITI - Service Center

On two previous occasions, I have been less than pleased with my experience at Infiniti of Fort Myers. The first time was my purchasing experience, the second was one month later, which involved the timely with my experience at Infiniti of Fort Myers. The first time was my purchasing experience, the second was one month later, which involved the timely transfer of my plates and registration. I'm pretty laid back and typically easy to please, and I let both instances slide by, even though I was infuriated by both. After today, I have officially run out of patience. Earlier today, I took my G37 Sedan in for routine maintenance. Rob Kelley, the service consultant was friendly and likable, and I had no issues with the quality of the services performed. However, when I got home and took a minute to look over the detailed breakdown of the charges, I was appalled to see that I was charged $79.95 to have my tires rotated. I have never heard of anyone being charged that much for tire rotation. Some places even do it as a courtesy when you have your oil changed. $30 is excessive for tire rotation, but I wouldn't complain about it. Charging $80 is absolutely absurd. In the future, I'll go elsewhere to have my car serviced. I will NEVER go back to Infiniti of Fort Myers. More
