Let me start off by saying I have bought two new Infiniti's in the past while living in North Carolina. We originally were looking at another brand of vehicle because my wife and I felt that leasing Infiniti's in the past while living in North Carolina. We originally were looking at another brand of vehicle because my wife and I felt that leasing an Infiniti would be out of our budget for what we would want. Luckily we stopped by anyway and were greeted by Lemar James. We explained to him our situations and that we had looked at a JX35 six months ago closer to when they had first been released but we were in the process of buying a new house then. He was happy to show us different trims levels of the car and see which ones we needed and which we could live without. Once we had picked a color he escorted us to his office and started running the numbers for us to see where we would end up. I have the say even the first number he gave us was a shock at how affordable it was, when we decided we would need to think about it Lemar went to speak with Roger the sales manager whom came back to the office and offered to let us take the car home over night, and gave us an even lower number because he knew this was the car we truly wanted. After the drive home and a little bit of thought we knew this was too good of a deal to pass up. We returned to the dealership the next afternoon and began all the detail work. I'm very happy to say that at no point did I feel pressured, and it was like buying a car from someone we had known for years. Lemar was so polite and helpful throughout the entire process. Even the final "paperwork" that is usually such an aggravation at other dealers was smooth and effortless because of Larry Ramie and his laid back personality. After everything was signed and the car was ours Lemar spent at least a half an hour or more with my wife showing her how all the options of the car worked, he gave us his personal number and made sure we knew to call him if we had ANY questions with anything or needed any help. I have a feeling this will not be the last Infiniti we get from Fort Myers Infiniti. Shane More

I cannot articulate enough how amazing this group is and how hard they seem to be working to re -write the book on selling cars. My buying experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. My Salesman, Mike Robbins was the best. He is patient. understanding. and knowledgeable, and givess gentle nudges , but is never in the least bit pushy. I felt like I was buying a vehicle from a family member or long time friend. I actually had no prior intention to buy an Infiniti and had my heart set on a BMW 535i. Thankfully I met Mike and he showed me the M37. I now know that I would have paid a whole lot more money, and not gotten the amazing car that I did. I am now two weeks out buying the car and I am ecstatic every day to get in and drive. I commend you Mike. So how was the rest of my buying experience you ask, especially after the initial bar was set so high? It was exceptional. The management staff and finance team made this the most stress free experience that I have ever had buying a Car. I got an extremely fair price for both the car I was purchasing, as well as for my trade. As I walked out the door to drive away in my new (to me) car. I was still asked several more times Is there any thing else we can do for you... True Class Act! Whether you are looking at an Inifiniti or not you owe it to yourself to stop by and speak with Mike Robbins and the Team at Fort Myers Infiniti, because every car shopper deserves to be treated this way! I am 34 and am a previous Infiniti owner. I went into the dealership to trade in my purchased vehicle to lease another. I had 8000 equity according to the dealership but they refused to budge off of the the dealership to trade in my purchased vehicle to lease another. I had 8000 equity according to the dealership but they refused to budge off of the standard infiniti offer on their website. Lamar never responded to my emails and Eric evidently couldn't calculate the lease offer as he only saw my side after multiple emails/calls and multiple complaints. I have had previous issues with the service department as they refused to switch out my key fob after multiple visits because they would have to pay for it because the battery died every 30 days. After 5 visits and hours invested they finally agreed that their was an issue. Infiniti needs to step in on this new management and teach them customer service. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership and possibly Infiniti. I also feel this dealership needs to be comfortable with email/phone contact and discuss pricing if they have already met me in person and appraised my car. I am a busy professional and value my time and try to get as much work done through phone and email as possible. More
I was treated with the upmost respect in dealing with this dealership. As a woman buying a car this does not always happen. Even the manager came and introduced himself to me. Ray showed me the entire showroom, waiting room for service and exactly what to expect when I come for service on my car. I had a meeting with Jimmie King the service manager to answer any questions I might have in regards to service and my first appointment was set up at that time. I have never purchased a vehicle with such hands on attention. At the end of purchasing Ray even sat with me and went over every option that the car has and made sure I understood how to operate!! I even got a full tank of gas!!!! More

I ended up with a new vehicle with lower payments and a nav system. I would encourage anyone looking for a car to use Fort Myers Infiniti. More

Working with Eric Sargente on buying a new vehicle is not like dealing with a typical car salesman. I initially made my inquiry over the internet and Eric provided a response in a very timely manner. When Eric first contacted me, he wanted to ensure what was in the best interest for me and my future not only with the new vehicle I wanted, but financially speaking as well. Working with Eric was more like buying a car from a friend who wanted to give me the best deal possible because thats what friends do. This write-up does not do Eric, or the entire Infiniti team justice for what they did for me - they are truly top-class. I recently purchased a used QX56 from Ray at Ft. Myers Infinity. Like most, I don't enjoy the car purchase process. However, my experience here was overall very positive. We had some issues/questions with the car (missing video headsets, warranty, etc). Ray handled every issue quickly and professionally. Ray is honest and sincere, and knows how to listen. I drove home happy and confident he'd quickly pick up the phone if I needed help, even months after the sale. -Jim More
I was very pleased with my buying experience at Infiniti of Fort Myers. to shopping at Infiniti, I had been visiting local dealerships in pursuit of a used vehicle for two months. Working with Eric Sargente of Fort Myers. to shopping at Infiniti, I had been visiting local dealerships in pursuit of a used vehicle for two months. Working with Eric Sargente was the first time I felt like I was shopping on my terms. He was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful in working with my expectations and budget; in fact, the car I bought was one I first dismissed and which he suggested we test drive. I have to say, what impressed me most is that I was unsure about the purchase and opted to go home and think it over after about 1-2 hours of Eric’s time—and he did not pressure me to stay, make an immediate decision, or act at all put out by it (as had been the case at other dealerships). He told me he cared more about earning my business in the long-term, and that played a large role in my buying confidence at Infiniti. It happens that the car I bought had previously belonged to Larry Ramie, their finance officer. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Eric and Larry have both offered their help in arranging minor repairs to some small superficial blemishes—Larry even going so far as to offer using the warranty he had on the window tinting from a 3rd party to repair a scratched window and Eric offering to look into possible solutions for an issue with the CD player which we had not noticed. I was loaned a brand new sedan while the service department reparied some signs of wear in my car, and am still pending a second repair visit to finalize a couple of touch-ups which Eric wrote into my purchase-- complimentary services to "sweeten the deal" of my business with them-- and I have to say that these efforts went a long way for me. Buying a used car is always a gamble, but the team at Infiniti has gone-- and continues to go-- to great lengths to ensure quality in any purchase from their inventory. I believe in customer and brand loyalty when I find something that works, and Infiniti has earned my business. I work at one of the largest employers in the local area, a global IT consulting company, and I have not hesitated to recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues alike in hopes that they, too, will have a positive, pressure-free buying experience.
