I fell in love with the car but wasn't ready to make a decision to buy. Kevin never gave up- he continually checked in and shared promotions. I am so glad that he persevered. A great car buying experience I bought the car I wanted in 2h45minutes - from test drive through car orientation - WOW! TJ and I spoke over the phone and he had the "suggested" ca I bought the car I wanted in 2h45minutes - from test drive through car orientation - WOW! TJ and I spoke over the phone and he had the "suggested" car ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. William and I took the car for a test drive and he introduced the car features to me (warning - there is a Quiz at the end!!). After some quick negotiations, Greg finalized the financial paperwork and the car was mine. William finalized the car education before I headed out on the road. William also efficiently followed up on a few items we had discussed. It was a pleasant experience! More

No pressure on purchasing, talked about car, amongst other things, and was able to secure a very reasonable price on our dream vehicle. I would highly recommend William Dailey to anybody for a most impressive experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Treats you like a real person. Financing was a breeze as well and quick. Was not at all an all day situation. TJ was good with follow up and let us know what was available and when and not for his call days prior, we would have ever got our dream vehicle. More
Quick and easy I was scheduled for service at a time of my convenience. I was met at the drop off station by a lot of smiles and 'How can we help you'. Rick took care of the paperwork with ease and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The young man who took that information (Sorry, I don't recall his name) was very warm and friendly and got me on my way very quickly. The loaner vehicle was very clean and well maintained. I was kept informed, via phone calls, text messages, and email, of the additional service my car needed, IE wiper blades and an alignment adjustment. I was contacted when the job was done but not rushed to return as I was in the middle of an engagement. When I came to pick up my car, I was again greeted with friendly enthusiasm even though it was the end of the day on a Friday. When the paperwork and payment was complete, my car was waiting for me all washed and and ready to go. Everyone in the service department was attentive and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant experience. More

Excellent customer service I found the car I wanted on a third part website, where I then sent an email to the Infiniti team regarding my interest for that specific vehicle. Not I found the car I wanted on a third part website, where I then sent an email to the Infiniti team regarding my interest for that specific vehicle. Not soon after, I received a call from William to set up a time to visit the vehicle. The car was in excellent condition and compared to the online posting. Over all from the moment I walked in to the day I left with my new car I had noting but a great experience, which most can not say about the car buying process. More
