After a test drive of the car of my interest, I determined it needed a little work (front end alignment, window motor and a few other minor issues) which Blase assured me they would fix before I picked up the car in a couple of days. He was true to his word. It was being washed when I arrived. The overall experience of shopping at the Auto Mall was relaxing and there was no pressure sales. Even better if you like Grateful Dead music. More
