Very easy process. Dealing with difficult times no embarrass I found the car on their website. Called the salesman in between jobs and on my time off. He Blais ran the numbers told me what to expect. Where others failed Ft Myers Auto Mall got me into one of the cars I had been looking for at other dealerships, got me a better interest rate than the others and treated me like a customer and not a inconvenience.
