Made an appointment online to have a recall dispositioned. When I arrived, the paperwork was completed promptly, and the car was taken inside the service area. After an hour or so, the work was dispositioned. When I arrived, the paperwork was completed promptly, and the car was taken inside the service area. After an hour or so, the work was completed. While waiting, there was complimentary wifi, snacks and drinks. The waiting area was clean, but it was also a crossroads for several areas of the dealership, so there was considerable foot traffic through the area. All-in-all it was one of the better dealer service I have experienced in the 50 or so years. More

There had been recall on a fuse issue for my Tuscon...I went for that and had an oil change and tire rotation and then the free car wash. The waiting area was just fine and they offer snacks and drinks for went for that and had an oil change and tire rotation and then the free car wash. The waiting area was just fine and they offer snacks and drinks for free while you wait, the whole thing was well done, nice folks working there and no problems.
