I was searching for a car on line one evening and I saw there commercial on the TV and at that moment I went straight to there website. This was very helpful in my research because I do not have enough time to visit dealership after dealership searching for the right car and place to do my business. After I found the car I was looking for it was all down hill from there. I called in to Fort Mill Hyundai and was transferred to the sales manager Paul. I told him which vehicles I was interested in and he verified that the vehicles were still in their inventory at this point he made and appointment for me to come in and test drive these cars. Once I arrived at the store I was treated with professionalism he introduced me to Steve and the rest was history. I did not buy that day but I did return and buy the car. If the dealership continues to treat all of their customers like they treated me I feel sorry for their competitors. My advice is to give these guys an opportunity they WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!!!!! More
My experience with Reubin and Paul at the dealership was fantastic. While I must admit that my wife and I were not the easiest customer to deal with, we are both extremely satisfied with the service we rec fantastic. Throughout the process of shopping, test driving and negotiating price, Reuben could not have been more knowledgeable and (most importantly) patient. Reubin even went so far as to promptly respond to my phone calls ON HIS DAY OFF! While the specific car I wanted was not on the lot, Reuben went out of his way to make sure that the dealership found the car two states away and had it delivered in the blink of an eye. Paul in the finance department was also very attentive and helpful in negotiating a final price for our Sonata. While I never had to wait long for a return phone call, I never felt pressured at any point during the buying process. Both of these guys are true pros and have gained a very loyal customer. I'm happy to recommend the staff at Carolina Hyundai in Fort Mill to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More
Don was absolutely amazing!!! If you are in the market for a New Hyundai definately go and ask for him. Not only was he a friendly, nice guy but he was incredibly knowledgeable. My wife and I went in to look at 2010 Santa Fe's, and Don showed us every feature, he knew the car inside and out. He never pressured us, no cheap sales tactics here, just honesty. He listened to us and when it was time to make a deal, Don and Paul were wonderful to work with. If your looking for a good experience with a car dealer go visit Don and Paul!!!! More
My family came in for an advertised used car for my teenage son. When we arrived, that car had been sold. So, we looked at some other used vehicles. We were interested in only one other model. We were waiting at the car to take it for a test drive. When Larry gave us the key, he stated that the price would be "$17900 out the door". Everyone knows that means that is the final price, including everything. That is certainly the way we understood it. (our salesperson later admitted that). We test drove the car, liked it and decided to buy. When we returned, our trade in vehicle was valued. We felt that we needed more for the trade-in, in order to go through with the deal. Our salesman had to ask Bill, the sales manager if he could give us more for the trade. Bill checked with someone, came back and told us if the additional $1000 would close the deal, they could do that. We accepted. This was on a Saturday evening and the dealership was closing. We had to come back the next day. We did. Paperwork was not ready to sign. Fast forward to the closing/signing on Monday. On this day, I came by myself. The price that was on our buyers order included all of their processing fees, taxes and tag transfer fees. This is not what we had agreed on, nor was it what was offered. I brought this to Larry's attention and he became much less friendly. I could not believe the difference in the demeanor and attitude. I asked to speak with the general manager. He came into the office I was in and was less friendly. After telling him the situation with the price, he was extremely rude and said that "they were not making anything on this deal and they didn't have to do the deal". UNBELIEVABLE. I told him that was correct, and that I also didn't have to buy the car and could tell everyone about my experience. He walked out and then the salesman came back in and offered me the price that he had originally given me without any fees. I still cannot believe the lack of customer service from the General Manager. That was the most disappointing and the reason for this review. The integrity of this dealership is an issue for me. More
I went in to get my usual oil change and that's how it started. The guy in the service department mentioned that i need new tires and a service required from the last oil change. I'm guessing he sent word that i was interested in trading and so Reubin came to me and introduced himself and took me to the showroom and showed me the new cars. Also, Bob, the financial manager was very nice as well. Everyone is always nice and polite. And Reubin really worked hard for me to give me what i wanted and needed. He worked by phone some days and tried his best, i do believe. More
Bought my first Hyundai Santa Fe there on New Years day 2007 after test driving and researching many different models. The Santa Fe proved to be the Best in Class and the best buy for the money and the sal 2007 after test driving and researching many different models. The buying experience was very easy and hassle free and I ended up with a loaded vehicle with more feautures and less money than I had originally expected. My husband decided that I needed a new vehicle. I was not interested in trading - at all. After working with Reubin, I changed my mind. He was professional, never pushy, and actually listened to me. The specific car I chose was a lease my husband had recently returned and was not yet in the computer system. Reuben personally went out to search the lot to find it. The finance department worked with us to get us the best deal possible, pointing out our savings by financing with a higher interest rate and taking the rebate (since we will pay off the loan early). Reuben's customer service did not end with the sale. He has continued to call and make sure everything is still satisfactory. I highly recommend Carolina Hyundai and Reuben Nesbitt to anyone, whether they are ready for a new car, or not! More
My last visit to Carolina Hyundai was for a scheduled oil change. I called to make an appointment and was given one the same day. When I arrived all the paper work was done in a timely fashion. Great service, I was able to catch up some reading while waiting and I was out of there in no time!! This was not my first visit to Carolina Hyundai.
