I wasn’t pounced on when I walked through the door, but greeted by Fred Bowman who I told what I was looking for, the vehicle was not in stock but he located one and told me exactly how long it would take to arrive. I left deposit and the vehicle was in with in few days. The staff was very friendly, this was not the first dealership that I contacted.. Few local dealership told me the vehicle was in stock and when I went in they try to do the switch on me. I'm very pleased with Fort Mill Hyundai, Fred and the managers knew exactly what I wanted and were very knowledgeable with the product and my needs as a customer. I would stay away from this dealership if it is at all possible. I bought a car and the price we negotiated was not the price I ended up paying for the car. We agreed on 29,200 and I ended up paying MSR possible. I bought a car and the price we negotiated was not the price I ended up paying for the car. We agreed on 29,200 and I ended up paying MSRP for it because I trusted that what they said was what they would put on the finance papers I signed. They are untrustworthy. I saw the mistake when I saw how much my loan was for and the only option they gave me was to return a car I already fell in love with. They "said" the price I paid was 29,200 plus the dealer options (tinted windows ect) but its funny that 29,200 PLUS the options still would have been cheaper than the MSRP. Good Try crooks. To make matters worse the car left the lot with the tire pressure light on because their service department was closed. Also when I got home I noticed the hood didn't line up with the bumper, a black plastic peice in the wheel wall didn't line up with the bumper, and the fog lights didn't work. I call and the salesperson tells me to come on up there and they will fix it. I drive 1.5 hours to find out its appointment only. I drive another 1.5 for the appointment and they tell me they fixed everything but the hood and I have to make another appointment with "their" body shop to fix the hood another 1.5 hours. I've put almost 500 miles on the car just driving to them. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A CAR. More

crooks and liars they told my wife she would be the primary on the loan but instead they put her dad as the primary on the loan and he's 88 years old. The sales process seamed to go very well at first and I was pleased with Mark, the salesman. It wasn't until after the sale when I tried to change my mind about the extended warranty that things began to was pleased with Mark, the salesman. Phone calls were not returned, my information was incorrectly sent to DMV and Hyundai Financing and non one at the dealership has offered to help in any way. I was under the impression that this dealership was different than others and I guess that is true in some ways. I would never buy another car from them nor refer them to anyone else. More
I went for a tire change. Bruce was walking away when I was trying to talk with him, he claimed he had to write it down. I had called the day before and requested a appt. and requested the tires. When showing up at the dealership they installed the wrong tires on my car. Bruce said the tires I wanted weren't in stock but NEVER did he give me a option about my tires. They installed tires they choose to put on my vechile, he also commented those were better tires than what I had requested. Still I am the one paying and wasnt given a choice. More

On this occasion, we were looking for a used car for my wife and I was originally approached by your young salesman Malcolm Howard. While new to your organization, he showed a considerable amount of enthusiasm and diligence as he answered and investigated my questions. In tracking down more info, we got to speak with your sales manager Paul and he was very pleasant and responsive to my questions and needs. Once Malcolm and I started working toward a specific vehicle, I was introduced to your used car sales manager Gregg. He gave me more info about the cars we were looking at while on your lot. Later on, Gregg made a follow up call to say he was sorry he didn't get to see me before I left the showroom and wanted to know where I was at with my decision process. We had a nice conversation which prompted a call from me later in the evening to make an offer. These three men were all significant to the deal we struck with your organization and each and every one of them treated myself and my wife with the utmost respect. I'd also like to say that your finance manager Mark was equally as gracious. We look forward to speaking to Gregg one more time to see about replacing the damaged rim covers which were quite scratched up. Even though the car is used these rim covers make the car look real crummy. I was also surprised that the car only had a quarter of a tank of gas. I figured after spending 16,000 plus dollars you would fill the tank. All in all we had a wonderful buying experience because of Paul, Malcolm and Gregg.
