We regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Fort Mill Ford only sells and installs OEM Ford parts. The catalytic converters we quoted were OEM parts that are priced identically to all Ford dealers. You were able to obtain aftermarket catalytic converters at another dealership which certainly reduced your cost but does not provide the same quality or warranty coverage as an OEM Ford part. I apologize that we did not provide that explanation when you visited. - Fort Mill Ford Management Team.

When I call your general routing number, Ï cant get through to anyone without delay. I understand being busy. I am busy too. Please look my information up, call me directly, email me directly or even text me directly. Since I posted this review I have also noticed my oil was over filled, they must have knocked something on my ac as it no longer cools and was working beautifully when I left my car there.I had noted when I picked up my car that my vehicle calls for Motorola Orange antifreeze. The antifreeze in my car is green. I will hen peck this because I paid good money and waited a significant amount of time for my vehicle to be repaired. Lets move forward and see if we can resolve this. Please have your General Manager contact me. Again, you have my information in your system.
