I have bought my last several cars from here and had decided I wanted something different than a Ford. After "dating" a few other dealerships, my good sense returned, and I ended up right back at Fort M decided I wanted something different than a Ford. I'm not sure why this location is always so phenomenal, maybe because it isn't driven by commission. I consistently get great service when I take my cars to Fort Mill Ford (I've also purchased two F150s from here). The entire staff is friendly and they follow through with getting issues resolved. In addition, the Service Technician that worked on my truck resolved and explained the issue, and was also very friendly. The waiting room is clean, with WIFI and I was able to work while waiting for my repair. I will keep bringing my Fords here for service. More
